Garlic and Lemon Greens

50g butter
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
Juice and zest of one lemon
400g greens, tough stalks removed, shredded and blanched
400g tenderstem brocolli, blanched

1. Heat the butter in a large pan and cook the garlic until softened.
2. Add the lemon juice, zest and veg. Heat through and season.
