Avocado Hummus

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 400g chickpeas
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1-2 lemons, juice only
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Pitta bread to serve
1. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2. Transfer the hummus to a bowl , cover with clingfilm and chill for one hour.Publish Post
