- 175g chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Blend the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice until smooth.
2. Add a splash of water to loosen the mixture if it is too thick. Add the coriander and blend again.
3. Season to taste.
