Cannellini Hummusst

  • 200g cannellini beans
  • 40ml olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper
1. Blend all the ingredients to a coarse paste. Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
2. Season to taste.
