Quick Hummus

  • 200g chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  •  4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
1. Blend the ingredients to a coarse paste and season with salt and black pepper.
2. Save the paprika and sprinkle on top.
