- 200g chickpeas
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
1. Blend the ingredients to a coarse paste and season with salt and black pepper.
2. Save the paprika and sprinkle on top.
